Large projects require an appropriate team at your side

Large and complex development projects can of course not be done by one person itself. My team and me will be an optimal partner for you, due to our long experience in leading such kind of projects to success.


Together with my team, I will conduct responsibility for your implementation project as a general contractor. The implementation will be carried out in a team that is appropriately set up for the aligned task.


We work on the basis of both service and work contracts. Our approach is always solution- and result-oriented. Every development project begins with a detailed analysis phase, which leads to an aligned specification sheet, also including an detailed feature list. The implementation is carried out according to an agile or classic process model that suits best to our respective client.
